smart and Boxfresh launch a collaboration at the smart urban stage & Future Minds Exhibition

Boxfresh are delighted to announce a collaboration with smart, launched exclusively to press yesterday on the South Bank in London.

Boxfresh International, a division of Pentland Brands PLC and smart will work closely together on product design and special projects throughout the period of the collaboration; fusing the two brands unique design principles from the fashion and automotive industries, whilst working together on creating innovative marketing campaigns.

The collaboration was launched on 10th May at the smart urban stage, with the unveiling of a one-off concept vehicle that has been designed by the Boxfresh creative team using the smart BRABUS tailor made service in Germany. The Boxfresh creative team have handpicked bespoke design features, including colours, textures and finishes by utilising the smart BRABUS tailor made service. The cars body panels have a sleek matt finish and incorporate Boxfresh graphics and branding to create an exclusive one-off design which encapsulates Boxfresh’s signature style. This will act a taster of what to expect from the two brands later this year when they launch their first limited edition production model.

Both brands dual marketing innovations will launch on the 11th May, with an exclusive and intimate gig for smart from Boxfresh brand ambassadors Man Like Me, at The Roebuck Pub, Gt Dover Street in London SE1. This gig will form part of the programme of events during the smart urban stage and Future Minds Exhibition. This will be followed with a National role out of marketing activity that will include in-store activations, experiential events and a strong focus on targeting Boxfresh’s fashion and music consumer.

The smart ‘concept Boxfresh style’ vehicle will be on display at the smart urban stage, a pop up structure located on London’s Southbank from 10th to 12th May.  There will also be two exclusive events hosted by Boxfresh to celebrate the launch of the collaboration on the 11th May.
